1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

4. Exchange Policy

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Silliken will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to change of mind or other customer-related reasons (where applicable), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please do not return any item without first contacting our support team.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at silliken.store@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return and Refund Policy.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if:

  • The returned product is used, damaged, or incomplete.

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.

  • The product is found to have been damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

  • The returned item does not match the original order.
