  • All orders are processed within PROCESSING TIME – 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Our business days are Monday–Sunday BUSINESS DAYS (excluding public holidays, if applicable).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through trusted courier partners based on your delivery location.

Available shipping methods may include:

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Cost: SHIPPING COST – ₹180

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a specified value, which will be displayed on our website.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 7–15 business days

  • Remote Locations: 10–18 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete,

  • The recipient is unavailable,

  • The shipment is refused,

the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Silliken is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Email us at silliken.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and work towards an appropriate resolution.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Silliken ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout.
